When George Floyd was murdered two and a half years ago, many white Christians became motivated to work for racial reconciliation. White churches formed anti-racism committees. White people read books about race and racism. They started following POC leaders on social media. These efforts were well-meaning, but in time the motivation waned.
Does this sound familiar?
If we want to see real change toward a reconciled church and a just world, we need sustainable growth. We need accountability and community. We need coaching and training.
