Just finished for the 2nd time in preparation to read Adeyemi’s 2nd offering, which wasn’t available upon my completion the 1st time.

The audio continued to the author’s notes, which broke my heart. The oratory shares what inspired the writing of such an adventure filled tale, riddled with pain & loss, & the associated range of emotions. If you have the occasion to consume this wonderful book, be sure to read it as well.

Fun fact about me: Books 📚 taught me how many deaths & rebirths we experience in the course of our lives. I love returning to books years later (fiction & nonfiction), discovering, by mistake really, how totally we change, different things striking us as a positive & negative consequence of every experience I’ve had in between.
