We never compromise. We never take shortcuts.
We make our pasta in-house, source produce locally, and bring in fresh seafood and premium olive oil that meet our standards.
When ingredients travel a short distance instead of across the globe, the quality and flavor are simply better.

Not all gin & tonics are created equal.
Our tonic is made in-house from scratch. Wesley’s G + T is built with Ford’s Gin, housemade tonic, and Topo Chico for a crisp, refreshing finish.
Tip: Don’t skip the lime squeeze. 🍋🟩
Chef Wesley doesn’t just cook… he can sing too.
At Inman Social, he’s known for what comes out of the kitchen, but music has always been part of the background. Blues rock is his go-to, with a soft spot for musical theater, Rent especially (“One Song Glory” stays in rotation).
He’s been singing most of his life, but only recently started voice lessons. Still learning, still improving, just enjoying the process.
Music runs in the family too. His son (11) is taking voice lessons and learning piano, and his brother was a professional musical theater singer in New York City.
