What started as one mom's fear, "What will happen to my children when I'm gone?", became a movement serving 500+ Northeast Ohio families and growing.
Integrated Community Solutions supports individuals with disabilities through free, inclusive programming and is developing an innovative residential community that includes home ownership, where people can belong, build friendships, and thrive. Lisa Morrison, psychology professor and mother of three adults with autism, refused to wait for solutions that never came. For over four years, she's built a thriving community through free weekly programs: art groups, game nights, yoga, basketball, and volunteer opportunities where adults with developmental disabilities form real friendships and experience genuine inclusion. In Ohio, 267,875 people live with developmental disabilities. 25% still live with aging caregivers over 60. These families face isolation, limited options, and constant worry about the future. Traditional systems fail them. Lisa decided to build something different. This isn't just programming, it's proof that inclusion works when you create space for it. Every week, adults with DD and their families find community, dignity, and belonging. No institution. No isolation. Just real connection. From "What will happen to them?" to "You're not alone. We're building this together."

💛 Everyone has something to give. 🛒❤️ We are incredibly proud of our ICS volunteers who have been grocery shopping for seniors in our community who need a little extra support. 🙏
This is a wonderful opportunity for our folks to serve others, build confidence, practice independence, make meaningful connections, and experience the incredible feeling of knowing that you made someone else's life a little easier.

🎲☀️ Summer Game Night Fun! ☀️🎲
This summer, we’ve had some awesome Game Nights, and they’ve been all sorts of fun! 🥳🎉 But Game Night is about so much more than playing games. ❤️ It’s about spending time with good friends, sharing lots of laughs, and building friendships that can last a lifetime. 🤝💚
True friendship takes time. Repeated opportunities to gather, laugh, play, and simply enjoy being together help friendships grow deeper and stronger. And THAT is what Game Night is all about! 🎲😊

🏃♀️💙 Recently, our ICS Running Team and Friends participated in the Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk Medina, OH. We were honored to run in support of our first responders, both those who served on 9/11 and those who serve our communities every day. 🇺🇸
A huge thank you to our amazing Special Olympics Ohio - Medina County coaches, Andy Sharp and Kelle Delores Sorber ! 🙌 They not guide our team and bring out the very best in every runner, building confidence, joy, and a true sense of accomplishment that goes far beyond the race itself. Their dedication inspires us all! ❤️

ICS Pizza Night was a hit! 🍕 We asked everyone what is their favorite pizza, and answers ranged from pepperoni 🍕 to mushroom 🍄 to classic plain cheese 🧀. No anchovies this time!
