What started as one mom's fear, "What will happen to my children when I'm gone?", became a movement serving 500+ Northeast Ohio families and growing.

Integrated Community Solutions has supported 500+ individuals with disabilities through free, inclusive programming and is developing an innovative residential community that includes home ownership, where people can belong, build friendships, and thrive. Lisa Morrison, psychology professor and mother of three adults with autism, refused to wait for solutions that never came. For over four years,

πŸ₯•πŸŽ Our recent Self Advocacy and Wellness Series session was a delicious success! πŸ₯— Our friends learned all about healthy nutrition and then put their new knowledge into action by making their own tasty, healthy snacks! πŸ‘©β€πŸ³πŸŒπŸ₯’ It was a fun time filled with learning, laughter, and spending time with friends. πŸ’›πŸ˜Š

At ICS, we believe that learning life skills is even better when it's shared with a supportive community. πŸ’š Opportunities like these help build confidence, encourage independence, and create meaningful friendships along the way. 🌟🀝

A huge THANK YOU to the Medina Recreation Center for being such an incredible community partner and for helping make this opportunity possible! πŸ™ŒπŸ’š We are so grateful for your commitment to creating inclusive experiences for everyone. Together we are Creating Community and Changing Lives!

Their grit and determination are proof of what's possible when people with disabilities are given the chance to participate, belong, and shine 🌟

Thank you to the City of Medina City Hall, Medina County Senior and Adult Foundation, and Mid Ohio Race Management for such a great inclusive event.

And to our Special Olympics Ohio Medina County Track coaches, Andy Sharp and Kelle Delores Sorber, we could not do this without you πŸ’™

Join us! 🀩πŸ₯³ PLEASE READ: As a reminder, when you register for an ICS event, we begin planning for you. We purchase supplies, reserve space, and often pay participation fees based on the number of registrations.

If you register, please make every effort to attend. If your plans change, we completely understand. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible so another participant may have the opportunity to attend, and so we can be good stewards of our nonprofit resources.

To ensure our free programs remain available to as many people as possible, participants who repeatedly register but are unable to attend without notifying us may not be eligible to register for select future events until attendance improves. We appreciate your understanding as we work to make these opportunities available to as many individuals as possible.

Thank you for helping us make our free community programs possible. We can't wait to see you in August! πŸ’šπŸ’›. ALSO: Registration link is below in the Comments Section!

This video is from our first Walk & Roll this season! 🀩 We spent a beautiful evening exploring the new Shotwell Gardens at Medina County Park District! 🌸🌿

Perfect night for some fresh air, exercise, and time with friends. Everyone was excited to check out the new amphitheater, which is going to be such a great spot for community events and performances! 🎭

And of course, no Walk & Roll outing is complete without popsicles to wrap things up 🍦 So happy to have resources like this in our county, and we are grateful for all who help make experiences like this a reality! πŸ₯³

πŸŒ³πŸ’š Another wonderful evening with our ICS Walk and Roll Group! πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈβ™ΏπŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ We explored the beautiful trails at Shotwell Gardens, one of the Medina County Park District’s newest parks, with scenic paths leading to Lake Medina. 🌿🌊

The views were beautiful, but the best part was spending time together. πŸ’› For the individuals we serve, evenings like this are about so much more than a walk. They're about friendship, laughter, fresh air, staying active, and building the sense of belonging everyone deserves. 🀝😊

Thank you to everyone who joined us for another great evening! We can't wait for our next adventure! πŸ’šβœ¨

Our Shoppers are out making a real difference πŸ›’πŸ’›

This group comes together to grocery shop for folks who aren't able to do it themselves, and along the way they're building friendships, practicing real world skills, and getting to experience the joy of giving back.

Everyone has something to offer, and our Shoppers prove that every single trip. So proud of the kindness this group brings to the community.

A special thank you to WellAbility, Enhance Ability, LLC, and Medina County Senior & Adult Services for making this program possible πŸ’š. And Buehler's, thank you for welcoming this important program, and those we serve!!
