Our Team Skills workforce training at Southeastern Container combined collaboration, communication, and problem-solving with a hands-on challenge, building bicycles together as a team.

The best part? The completed bikes were donated to the Boys & Girls Club, turning teamwork into something that will make a real difference for local kids. 🚲

Congratulations to MFG Chemical for leading the way in workforce development, with one team earning Six Sigma White Belt certification and another completing Six Sigma Yellow Belt training.

The White Belt course introduces Lean and Six Sigma fundamentals, including the DMAIC improvement framework, giving participants a clear understanding of how these methods work together to drive process improvement.

Designed for team members who support improvement projects, the training builds foundational skills in process mapping, problem-solving, and Lean Six Sigma tools, preparing participants to effectively contribute to Green and Black Belt initiatives.
