We had a great first Big Cru last night!
Weston Tripp went through Luke 9:18-27 to discuss how the crowds saw Jesus as the means to an end and the religious leaders saw Jesus as a threat to their power.
Who do you say that Jesus is? A threat? Someone that just makes your life better? Or do you see Him as the only way to salvation?
We hope to see you all tonight at 5:30 for Tacos with Tigers! If not, have a blessed weekend, and we hope to see you next week!!

How has Cru impacted you?
Cru gave me biblical community like i’d never experienced. It gave me a soft place to land coming into Clemson—where I didn’t know a single person.
It also provided me with great leaders & role models who taught me what it looked like to make my faith my own and walk with Jesus every single day.
Favorite Cru memory:
Spending 6 weeks in Prague with all my favorite people & meeting some of the kindest souls!!
Favorite Cru event:
Spring break
Parting words/advice:
Get involved in all that you can, make as many friends as possible & tell people about Jesus wherever you go!! You never know how one conversation will change someone’s life/eternity.
We are going to miss you Hannah! We’re praying for you and can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for you!

Next up is Lincoln Harder!
Major: Political Science
Plans after graduation:
To study law at USC.
How has Cru impacted you?
Cru has shown me how much it means to have a community that is encouraging and supportive in the pursuit of Christ. I am not the same man I was before meeting the excellent people here, and I will carry forward the spiritual momentum that was poured into me for the rest of my life so that I can pour into others.
Favorite Cru memory:
Late night chats during the spring break trip.
Favorite Cru event:
The spring break trip to Destin
Parting words/advice:
Take advantage of every opportunity to connect with those you care about. In my experience, the price of a supportive and challenging community is almost never too steep.
We are going to miss you Lincoln! We’re praying for you and can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for you!

How has Cru impacted you?
Cru has been a source of community but also played a pivotal role in broadening my perspective, by giving me a better appreciation of diverse perspectives and worldviews.
Favorite Cru memory:
My favorite memory from Cru is playing in the Spring Break ‘23 volleyball tournament with the best dressed players on the beach.
Favorite Cru event:
Cru softball
Parting words/advice:
Stay plugged in with community somewhere. Grades matter, but never neglect time with friends. Say yes to new and stupid activities. It is cliche but enjoy your time at Clemson, it is an awesome place.
We are going to miss you Samuel! We’re praying for you and can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for you!
