From the floor to the ceiling master bathroom remodel. New vanity, light fixtures, floor tile, tub and shower tile. Subway tile looks great with any grout color but I think the black stands out. 👀👀 This home had quiet a bit of damage from a flood, though it had just recently been remodeled. Sheetrock was cut from the lower half and replaced. Tape, bed, texture, and paint made it look good as new. Added the new flooring throughout the home as well.

I have fallen behind on posting. I’ll try and catch up a few jobs in the next few days. Here are a couple before and after of a guest bathroom and laundry room. One man band here so took me a day and half to remove old floors and lay the new in both rooms.

ⒽⒺⓎ ⒽⒺⓎ ⒽⒺⓎ When you decide to start 𝕪𝕠𝕦𝕣 𝕠𝕨𝕟 𝕙𝕠𝕞𝕖 and then take vacation in the middle of it. Turns into a little longer project than intended…one well worth the wait. I was able to open the wall up some in the linen closet moving down the vanity, then able to move down the toilet and opening up more space for what will be a walk in shower with glass doors. Wife is stoked about this one! 𝑆𝑇𝐴𝑌 𝑇𝑈𝑁𝐸𝐷!!

Over the past few days, I’ve spent a considerable amount of time trying to wrap up multiple jobs. That includes long hours starting at 5:30 am and ending around midnight. I try to help everyone I come into contact with, which doesn’t always work out so well for myself and the company. Going into 2022 we are going to be making some major adjustments. Hang in there with me, it’s going to get better and most assuredly worth it.

I have to say it here: I love what I do. That’s why I do it. I practically cut prices in half, while I have to make a living as well. My time has to be considered when I’m working 16 hour days (even 19 this past week) mostly 7 days a week. What I have realized is you can’t please everyone and you never will. I can promise this, I stand behind my work. I’m committed to you, this company, and making sure MSB Construction, LLC will succeed.

POST 3: Follow up from before and during. Quiet the overhaul to do alone and took longer than I would like but we got it done. Started by moving the door down 3 feet, knocked down the existing walls, extended the new walls, added new shower with extension of 18 inches, and added tub that was non existing. They wanted to do their own painting, trim, and floors. Enjoyed these customers and getting to know them. It’s a good feeling when customers become friends.

Before and during pictures: The outcome is better than I imagined. Mind you, I am a ONE man crew so it did take longer than I would like. I am praying for the Lord to open a few doors right now, starting with a window if He wills. I need to hire someone. A honest, reliable, hard working individual that will come a long side me and work like it’s your home we are fixing. Your abilities will determine your pay, your hours, and how far you want to go. Before pictures set 1: This was a heck of a job to complete this last month. My family comes first, as should everyone’s. We’ve had some major circumstances arise that needed my time and soul focus. I am back in the game and we’re taking off stronger than ever. Stay tuned…

We haven’t posted in a while, but we have not slowed down either. Sometimes you just need a restroom with a shower in the most convenient of places. If that’s inside of a shop, we will build it. Here is one we did for a customer who since has become a friend. Now when people drive from all over to purchase their horses they have a little more room to clean up before hitting the road home.

Must be a honest, reliable, self motivated individual. You will work inside of people’s homes and around others. Will make trips for materials and from job site to job site as needed. Easily transition from one job to another. Pay will depend on experience. Super busy and need someone who is willing to put in the hours and work hard.
