Pretty good sci, fi action flick.
I'd say definitely better than the original, although it's not a remake in any way. A couple of call back lines to the original movie, which didn't feel forced. I liked it.

I don't remember if I mentioned these at all yet, but I also recommend Predator Badlands, and the Prey.

because I don't listen to haters and bad reviews!
this is a fun ride and a movie worthy of the series. a few Easter eggs and call backs, of course, like all of the movies do.
I gave it a 9 cuz of a few actors made it feel like a low budget B movie, but they were short lived.
Don't go in with "expectations", you'll ruin it for yourself. and remember, it's a kids movie, for adults too. the puppets are fun!
I saw it in 3D, next I wanna see it in IMAX. gotta see it big a few times before it streams.
high recommend for "still" Star Wars fans, the haters can stay home and watch Bluey with their kids.
