This is a question I am asked often. .
And quite honestly, the answer is different for each of my clients. Because, no 2 clients are alike, right?
I like to think I partner with girls and their families to help them achieve their goals, overcome challenges and move towards the changes they crave.
I look to help clients identify their strengths, and weaknesses (we all have them) and use that information as power to help them create the changes the seek.

Most of us do not know how to regulate our nervous systems.
Coming back to the breath is one of the simplest and most profound things that we can do when we feel triggered, angry, sad, frustrated, worried, or fearful. Here’s why: Simply being aware of the breath and taking long, slow, and deep breaths can reduce stress, calm nerves, and ground the physical body.
Listen, teens will fight for their right to have social media.
Here is a challenge I give my teen clients: Give your feed a glow-up.
Unfollow anyone or block anyone negative.
Fill your feed with inspiring accounts. Quotes, music, art, nature, travel. Even dumb but funny-as-hell memes.
Literally, anything that makes you feel good. That way, when you scroll, you're actually doing something good for yourself.
