Burton Bungalow met ALL of our expectations!

We have had this trip planned with out of state friends for over 6 months and it was everything we had hoped it would be. The house and property was exactly as pictured and described. We had 5 adults and 2 teenagers and everyone had a comfortable place to stay. It was very clean, neat and comfortable. The location was awesome and the boat house, dock and outdoor fire pit made a great place for "hanging out" both day and night. The game room was incredible and provided fun when we had a slight rain shower. Tina and Billy were awesome to work with and answered every question we had quickly and always with great information. We would HIGHLY recommend this property on beautiful Lake Burton! Hope we get the opportunity to go back!! Thank you Tina and Billy for "sharing" your Burton Bungalow!

We absolutely loved the Burton Bungalow! The check in process was extremely easy and the owner texted shortly after we arrived to make sure things were ok. The home was in pristine condition. The home is cozy and inviting. The location on the lake is perfect. The property is right on the water all you have to do is walk out the back door and walk across the deck and you are on the water... no long walk down on steep steps to get to the water. We brought our own ski boat and had no issues tying it to the deck. The boathouse deck has beautiful views and is furnished beautifully with plenty of seating and the garage was converted into an awesome game room filled with fun games and plenty of water toys. Unfortunately we did not take advantage of it because we were literally on the lake from sun up to sun down. This is our fifth year traveling up to Burton with family and friends and this is the best house we have stayed in due to comfort, cleanliness and location. We will definitely be back!!

We've stayed at many houses on the Lake and I must say this is one of the best. TOTALY remodeled. All new everything.

We had 10 adults (over 21) 7 college guys that loved the game room, they played ping pong everyday, Great covered porch over the boat house that had seating and tables for meals, (we used this everyday)

and the view of the lake is awesome.

Lots of water toys, paddle boats, Kayak's.

The kitchen was fully furnished. Very quiet neighborhood.

You won't be disappointed with this rental.

I can’t say enough great things about this property. It is perfectly set up for kids. We had 6 kids ages 12-17 with us and they loved every minute. The garage game room was a wonderful distraction for them…ping pong, darts, tv, etc.

The owners also supplied lots of water toys that provided hours of fun when we weren’t on the boat. The cove the house sits on is super private and perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming.

The deck on the boat house is outfitted with two tables that each seat six, plus a very comfortable lounging area. The fire pit was a fun evening activity.

The inside of the house is nicely updated and provided just enough space for the 8 of us. We will definitely be back!!

Best place for a girls trip!

We had the best time at the Burton Bungalow! Everything was beautiful and our hosts were the best! Very accommodating, kind, and was sure to check in to make sure we were ok. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
