Holistic Mountain Market

One of my favorite June chores is making the first pass through my lavender hillside with a basket and a pair of scissors. The bumblebees buzz circles around me, happy to have their share, as I work. These first branches go into bundles, sachets, and teas, but most are given away to spread a little June happiness. There is a good crop this year. It might be time for another run of Herbes de Provence.

It's just a peach🍑 of a day!

The Sweet Georgia Morning🍑 muffins came out extra light and fluffy and
The Olive and Herb Sourdoughs refused to be outdone.
They came out of the oven looking their best this morning.

To celebrate, I ordered a "Millions of Peaches🍑" smoothie when I delivered to the Holistic Mountain Market and brought a Plain Sourdough home to cover with peach jam🍑 to go with that peach smoothie🍑!

Georgia Peaches are available, again! During the winter, Sweet Georgia Morning muffins have to be made from peaches dried last season. Not any more!!
