Mountain City Playhouse

Jesus' Last Days, the stage rendition of the outdoor passion drama, His Last Days, returns to the Mountain City Playhouse for its third year. This year's performance is sure to be even more moving as the production takes on a "theater in the round" setting, a first at the playhouse. You will not want to miss this depiction of Christ's passion as there are new songs and narration as well as some favorites from the past years and the outdoor drama. Here is a sneak peak into what you will experience through pictures taken last year by the amazing drama photographer, Melissa Elzey.

Performances are Friday, April 4th at 7:00 pm and Saturday, April 5th at 7:00 pm. Playhouse doors open at 6:00 pm. Childcare is provided both nights next door at Blue Ridge Activity & Tumbling Center.

Good Evening Blue Ridge ATC, MLE, and MCP Families and Friends,
Tomorrow night is the big dance!!! Bring your precious little ones and join us for a fun night of making memories with your children or grandchildren. The amazing Sweet Charity band will be playing and providing awesome dance tunes for you to bust a move with your kiddos. Cost of admission is $20 a couple and includes a Chick-fil-A sandwich and a treat. Tag-a-long siblings or friends are $10 each and also include the CFA sandwich and treat. There will be lots of opportunities to take pictures and have a blast dancing and bonding with your children. Proceeds from the event will help to support the programs at Mountain Learning Enrichment, Blue Ridge Activity & Tumbling Center, and Rabun Kids Club. These programs help to support, care, and provide activities for Rabun County children and youth.

So join us at the Mountain City Playhouse, tomorrow, January 18th, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm, for a night of pure family fun and support of some amazing children and youth programs. Have some Chick-fil-A and dance the night away!
