For new followers only...WHAT DOES THE WIO stand for!? Also,as of today,the adventure vehicle looks a little different! She served me well but for reliability and safety it was time to set her free. I didn't cry but I definitely felt some stinging in my eyeball region and was in my feels for a little bit. This was the last car my pities were in and this was the car that I taught my kid how to drive in. I don't put a lot of stock in to material items but cars are so lived in and we go through so much with them. Can't wait to make new memories with this one. Also, time to start collecting more fun stickers!

As the world continues to be a torched dumpster fire, more and more people will be faced with difficult decisions to surrender their animals. Rescues and shelters first line of action is to listen, be kind, compassionate, offer services with no judgment and maybe even come up with a solution to help the owner keep their dog. If a solution isn't available,and the animals are surrendered, PLEASE SHELTERS AND RESCUES ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE DOGS TO HELP YOU FIND A GOOD PLACEMENT FOR THEM. AN ANIMAL'S BEHAVIOR IN A NEW ENVIRONMENT MAY NOT BE A TRUE REFLECTION OF WHO THE DOGS ARE. If the dogs are going into Foster or even just for future owners to have the info, it would be nice to know what kind of toys do they like? What other kinds of animals did they live with? where they used to being leash walked or did they have free range in a fence? What kind of food or treats do they like, where did they sleep etc. you can gather information while being kind and letting the humans know that their answers will likely help fast track an adoption.
