Our next employee spotlight is all about sales manager Joe Bacer, a vehicle and sales expert who works at Bowman Auto Center, Bowman Auto Group’s used vehicle dealership.
Joe is integral to helping BAC run smoothly from sales to service and enjoys the challenges that come with his job. Joe is responsible for working with the sales staff to complete vehicle sales, working with the service and body shop to ensure cars are being inspected and fixed quickly and efficiently, and always finding new ways to make customers happy.
Joe is a new foster parent, so in his personal time, he is kept very busy by his three boys, all under the age of two. He also enjoys working on home improvement projects and spending time with his family.

Employee Spotlight - Kyle Kedovary
This week's spotlight is all about Kyle, an assistant service manager at Bowman Auto Center who has been part of the Bowman family for two years. Kyle helps oversee and support the service team with anything and everything they need and assists with managing day-to-day business to keep the shop moving as efficiently as possible.
In his spare time, Kyle loves spending time with his daughter and hunting. Naturally, his favorite food is venison, and you may catch him listening to his favorite song, Kind of Love We Make by Luke Combs.
