Here’s another regrading job before and after, now ready for seed!

Recently we were finally able to get this part of a project wrapped up after chasing some dry days through all this rain we’ve been getting. This property had a standing water problem that we were happy to chase down and get this client some relief from the invasive water at the side of their house. Did some digging to discover some separated downspout piping that turned out to be the biggest culprit to their water issues. We also removed a failed French drain system that was previously installed, regraded the yard to guide any ground water away from the house, seeded, and got some straw matting down for the new grass to come in! They were extremely pleased to finally have results and be able to look forward to a green lawn again!!!

Just a couple from yesterday. First property we’ve been servicing for a few years now. The second one we acquired this year and so far, they’re pleased with the results!!!

It’s been a wild start to the season but inbetween all the rain, we’ve been able to get things done. This is just a few of the properties we maintenance!

We wrapped up the first part of a big project this week. Homeowner wanted maintenance free updates to their house with some natural privacy to the back patio. Removed all the landscape bricks to straighten and level, lifted the drainpipes to meet the downspouts, back filled and graded dirt in the bed area, all new plants, and topped everything off with 2” limestone.

Here’s another small landscape job we have going on. Small retaining wall, topped with some privacy shrubs, little landscape lighting, and dressed up a fence line.

We’re keeping busy getting into some of the warm and sunny days! Here are some from the last couple weeks.

We just finished up with a small redesign project at one of our current clients homes. Pulled out all existing plants, pulled weeds, straightened stone edgers, installed all new shrubs, and mulched! Homeowner was very pleased and we couldn’t ask for any more than that!
