Designed with warm materials, layered lighting, and custom built cabinetry, this walk-in pantry and coffee bar was created to feel both functional and quietly elevated. A space for slow mornings and everyday routines.

The layout was reimagined to create a true primary suite — complete with a spacious bath, walk-in closet, and integrated laundry designed to simplify daily routines without sacrificing warmth or character.

Throughout the home, rich hardwood flooring, layered materials, and custom details create a calm, cohesive feel. In the bathroom, solid surface shower walls, a sculptural soaking tub, and a custom walnut vanity bring warmth and contrast to the clean architectural lines.

This primary bathroom got a full transformation ✨

We reworked the layout to make better use of the space. A freestanding sculptural soaking tub now serves as the focal point, paired with an expanded walk-in shower with glass enclosure.

A custom vanity in a dark slate stain adds plenty of storage and is topped with durable quartz countertops. Large-format tile floors run throughout, and the private water closet features botanical wallpaper for a little extra character.

This Hyde Park first floor addition was all about rethinking how the home lived day to day. The goal was to bring our client’s bedroom and bathroom down from upstairs, while transforming a previously tight first-floor kitchen into a more open, functional space. The result is a light-filled kitchen with white oak cabinetry and quartz countertops, a first-floor primary suite with a compact but efficient bath featuring rich emerald tile, and a screened-in deck built for year-round use—tongue-and-groove ceiling, composite decking, stone gas fireplace, and TV. Designed to support how our client lives now, and for years to come.

A recent bathroom and hallway laundry project we’re excited to share!
A reconfigured layout created a functional laundry area with custom built-ins and carved out space for a gorgeous new bathroom with rich green tile, warm wood, and marble detailing. We love how these spaces now feel elevated, timeless, and incredibly functional.

Loved seeing this one take shape. Soft, neutral cabinetry and natural stone counters keep the kitchen timeless, while the wood island adds texture and warmth. Just beyond, the new bar brings a beautiful pop of color with custom cabinetry, antique-style glass doors, and a built-in beverage fridge — the perfect spot to unwind.
