BTH Construction Delivery announces the grand opening of Colerain Central: A new low income housing development providing permanent housing in the community.

Cincinnati, Ohio. July 24, 2024. BTH Construction delivery is excited to announce the debut of the highly anticipated development Colerain Central in Camp Washington. This $2.3 million low income housing development is a welcome addition to the community, this project included renovating two buildings originally built in 1900. The buildings include 18 one bedroom units with case management onsite to provide resources to tenants and assist in keeping them housed. BTH’s goal was to preserve these historic buildings' history while making them functional and safe for modern use.

“Colerain Central is an incredible development that is providing a solution to Cincinnati’s housing crisis. We are passionate about creating low income and affordable housing that is modern and beautiful for the people who need it most,” said Bridget Harris, owner of BTH Construction Delivery.
This development is a pilot project for Excel Development Co, whose mission is to house individuals with severe and persistent mental disabilities regardless of barriers. Each tenant will be assigned a Supportive Services Case Manager to provide services to ensure the participant’s housing stability. Services include but are not limited to: transportation and food services, community resources connections, Income and benefits acquisition, independent living skills counseling, and mediation and advocacy.
