Just a small repair job. Rotted trim board allowing critters access to the garage had to be replaced! I installed new trim, sealed the wood with a rubberized clear sealant, painted white to match, and then added another coat of clear sealant for good measure. The garage trim is back together and better than ever.
The second series of photos are of a busted floor underneath a basement door jam. This made the bottom of the door flimsy and unfortunately this customer has issues with water making it’s way under the basement door when it rains due in part to the floor being busted. No more! The floor is repaired and looking good.
