💚When your customer knows what they like and they have you do their upstairs bathroom the same way you did the downstairs😁. Saved the tub and toilet on this one😎. They got new flooring new beadboard and shower walls🧰. All new vanity sink, medicine cabinet and accessories🤙.

‼️The old tile base and lower portions of the wall had failed and began to crumble😬. We tore all of the old out and replaced it with a pre-made base and shower wall kit🛁. Then we repaired the drywall up to the new shower walls🛠. We will be back soon to add the new shower door💪!

🔰This brand new home didnt have any insulation above the fully finished garage space🧐. The garage is temperature controlled so the owner wanted inslulation to retain the a/c or heated air and be as efficient as possible✅️. We added blown in insulation to the entire attic space💪. If you are in the process of building I would highly recommend asking your builder to do this🧰. If you recently purchased a newly built home, I would highly recommend having this done🛠.

⚠️The moving company damaged this laundry room floor and old washer pan while delivering the new stackable unit😬. This customer had already completed the demo of the old floor💪. We opened the subfloor for the Chaney Services crew to move the pan drain over to its new location🛠. Then repaired the subfloor and installed new underlayment and LVP to the laundry room🧰. Another great tag team job with Chaney Services, thanks guys🤙!!

🔰Here is a deck we just completed in Cheviot! This 12 ft x 24 ft deck was originally 15 ft x 24 ft. It started as just a redeck, which is just removing the old railing and deck boards and leaving the existing frame🛠. But as we went along with demo we found rot and uneven joists⚠️. So we ended up replacing about a third of the joists and one 12 ft portion of the main beam🧰. The customer also decided to change the position of the staircase. We poured a small concrete pad for the stairs to create a level landing on a sloped driveway👌. The deck boards are Deckorators composite in Boulder brown installed with hidden fastners✅️. The rails are made by Aria and are black powder coated aluminum😎.

⚠️Our new customer in West Chester needed a Radon reduction system installed along with new sump pump and sealed lid🧰. Reach out if you need radon testing preformed. It is one of the leading cause of lung cancer in non smokers😬.

This customer in Liberty Twp wanted some plumbing upgrades to the home they recently purchased🏡. We shut the water off at the street and replaced the main inside shut off valve as well as the pressure reducing valve and dual check valve on the main water line💧. Then replaced the 15 year old water heater and expansion tank🔥.

Chaney Services has been busy remodeling warehouse space into their new headquarters🏢! Adding office space with kitchenette, and half bath upstairs as well as shop space and a full bathroom downstairs💪. Thank you for trusting me with another shower to tile bro🧱! I'm happy I got to leave my mark on your awesome place🤙! He chose 12x24 slate look tiles and I added the blue accent tile to match his logo color as close as I could🤩.
