To: All Just Jen Fitness clients and friends. You are invited to join our group to walk or run the "Run for the Lights" event in Irvine Park on November 27. This is a fund raiser for Irvine Park and Christmas Lights. You can WALK OR RUN. (I will be a walker) We will meet at 3 in the parking lot across from park entrance. (pool parking lot) The race starts at 4 so this gives us plenty of time to meet up and walk over. (and check in) The link to register is below and you want to register by November 11th to get a shirt. Shirts not guaranteed after during late registration. Just for fun, support a good cause and meet and hang with some other fun people!

You can break that down to 2 thirty seconds planks. You can do 5 push ups at a time. You can do knees or toes for the push ups. But you JUST HAVE TO DO THEM! Still time to sign up!

"Just Jen Strong" Challenge! Remember....life is not about perfection and neither is the challenge. Live the 80/20 rule! Every day will not be perfect but you can try to instill and maintain good consistent habits as much as you can. Example....do you drink enough water every day? The challenge reminds you to drink at least 64 ounces per day. That is half a gallon and very doable. But if you are not drinking enough or any water during the day this will get your habit started. Drink enough water and your body will crave it and you will want to drink water. You may have to think about it a little more in the beginning but it will not take long to become part of your day. Can you still drink coffee or other favorite beverages? Sure....just get your water in along with it!
