The SGI California Concealed Carry (CCW) Course is for residents of Riverside County and Orange County who are interested in obtaining or renewing their CCW permit.  This course satisfies the mandated classroom and live fire training portion of the CCW application process, and is essential training for anyone wanting to carry a concealed firearm.  Current legislation governing the carrying of a concealed firearm, as well as post incident management, will be discussed during this course. There will also be a module on judgmental shooting (Shoot/Don't Shoot scenarios) using our shooting simulator.
This class will be presented at our Regional Training Center in Riverside, CA and a local live fire range. 8 hour initial course is $175. 4 hour renewal course is $100. Both are held on the listed dates.

This course covers defensive pistol selection, ethics of use of force, legal information, basic fi****ms knowledge, what to do before, during, and after a defensive shooting incident, and legal information pertaining to use, carry, purchase, and ownership of a firearm.

Completion of this course satisfies all training requirements to obtain your AZ CCW permit.
The following are some benefits to having an AZ CCW:

- Reciprocity: numerous states recognize AZ CCW permits and will allow you to carry concealed in their states with your permit. Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, and Texas are some of these states.
- Faster processing for fi****ms purchases
- The more you have in your corner if you have to defend yourself in court, the better
- Serves as a way of informing a police officer you have a firearm without having to say the word "gun" when interacting with them.

New fingerprint cards MUST be submitted with your application for AZ CCW, and all fingerprinting fees are included in the price of this class.
