Hiding In Plain Sight will be offering opportunities to reflect and learn throughout the month, but you may wish to celebrate by patronizing Black-owned businesses, celebrating Black artists, donating to a cause to support the Black community or watching movies/reading books to learn about Black history.

Dates TBA

“The human body is truly a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing thing. Just think about all the great things it does for you daily: breathing, walking, digesting food, doing everything it can to keep you from getting sick, and so much more.
When you appreciate your body, you acknowledge all the vital things your body does for you every day that keeps you alive and healthy.” - Mike Robbins

The way you speak about your body matters. Take a moment today to reflect on everything your body does for you, and don’t forget to say, “Thank you.”
