This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding great talent and helping build strong remote teams. In addition to recruitment, you will also assist with light HR and administrative tasks.

๐ Scope
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. This role focuses on protecting executive time, improving follow-through, and reducing day-to-day operational friction.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a structured, numbers-driven executive. This role suits someone with light business or accounting exposure, who can operate independently, prioritize effectively, and keep things moving without constant direction.
๐กWhat Youโll Do
- Email triage and inbox management, including prioritization, drafting responses, and tracking follow-ups
- Calendar management and meeting coordination, including joining select meetings, taking notes, and ensuring action items are followed through
- Conduct light research as needed to support business or operational decisions
- Provide basic business and financial support, including familiarity with financial concepts such as:
* P&L and basic financial statements
* Simple charts, reports, and summaries for executive review
* Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and internal reports
- Support light social media management, including:
* LinkedIn posts or engagement
* X (Twitter) updates
* Facebook Group monitoring or posting
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information

- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar support role
- Familiarity with accounting or financial workflows (formal accounting experience not required)
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and financial terminology
