☀️ Summer Training Registration is NOW OPEN!

Our 5-week Summer Training Program begins Saturday, July 25 and is the perfect way for middle school runners to build fitness, stay active, and prepare for the cross country season.

🗓 Practice Schedule:
• Tuesdays | 5:30–6:45 PM
• Saturdays | 7:30–9:00 AM

Athletes who train during the summer often start the season stronger, more confident, and better prepared while reducing their risk of injury.

Families can register for Summer Training only ($40) or Summer Training + the full Cross Country season ($150).

4th of July 5K Registration, Summer Training & Calling All Teacher's, We Want your Wish Lists Celebrate Independence Day with a run that honors heroes of all kinds!
