We are a social organization at Chico State dedicated to LGBTQ+ support and safe space.
Chico State Pride’s mission is to provide a safe place for all students on campus to respectfully discuss issues pertaining to the LGBTQ+ community and promote the dissemination of knowledge to the general student body. Pride will strive to create leaders amongst the membership and to foster the inclusion of a diverse population representative of our community. We will structure the support to our members in the form of political advocacy, education, and socialization.

Come prepared to move around! That means clothes that are not restrictive. Also, no shoes allowed on the floor in the room, so wear socks or bring some to put on. (Dance or studio shoes allowed) we are excited to collaborate with Not a Fight Club on campus!!

Chico State Pride co-hosted an endorsement panel with the Student Coalition for Responsible Government to determine which candidate best represents our voices as students. After a long weekend of deliberation with the Pride Board of Executives we have determined the candidates we find best capable to advocate and support LGBTQ+ voices on campus. We proudly declare our endorsements for the 2026 - 2027 Associated Student Elections.
Vote for Pride in the Revenue Sharing portion during the elections to support the LGBTQ+ community on campus!
