I know it has been a while, even Facebook is telling me so, but I am here to let you know that The Glass Rooster is offering its final classes. We will be teaching our 101 with tomatoes on Sept 18th and Pressure Canning for Beginners on Sept 27th. So if you have been saying "I need to do that someday..." this post is for you! Thank you to all that made this such a great season. New stationary kitchen to teach from means an earlier start next Spring! We have added pressure canning to the mix and have additional classes that we will be working on in our 'down' time. Here's to fresh summer flavors all winter long!
