Here are several of my attempts at creating multiple exposures over the past few months around Chicago. With fall approaching, I’ve also included a shot taken on the morning of 11/1/2025 at Anderson Japanese Gardens in Rockford.

I captured the rise of July’s Buck Moon on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, just before the recent clouds and rain moved in. The timing of the moonrise nearly coincided with the fireworks launch at Navy Pier, so I was able to photograph both events.
