Some of us don’t need another strategy.
We need clarity.
Clarity about what deserves our energy. Clarity about what no longer aligns. Clarity about the difference between being busy and actually moving forward.
Because once you get clear… your decisions sharpen. Your boundaries strengthen. And your peace stops negotiating with chaos.
Your next level may not require more hustle. It may require more intention. ✨

You don’t need more confidence…
You need permission.
Permission to speak.
Permission to be seen.
Permission to stop shrinking in rooms you’ve already earned your way into.
I see it all the time—
brilliant, capable, experienced women… holding back.
Not because they don’t know what to say—
but because somewhere along the way, they started questioning if they should say it at all.
That’s the work.
I’m honored to be part of the Tribe Tribute Brunch 💛

✨ Curating Your Voice: Confidence, Clarity & Presence
This conversation is real.
And it’s needed.
If you’ll be in the room—come find me.
If not—start where you are.
Say the thing.
Take the space.
Be rooted in who you are.

Just wrapped another round of GRIT — Girls Running It Together. ✨
There is something powerful about creating space for girls to build confidence, strengthen their voice, and recognize the leader already inside of them.
Every session reminded me:
They don’t need to be fixed.
They need tools.
They need language.
They need support.
They need to know they matter.
I’m especially proud that each participant received a copy of Palmer Builds a Voice along with the Build Your Voice Workbook so the work can continue beyond the room.
Grateful for every conversation, every breakthrough, and every young lady who showed up fully.
The future is in good hands. 🤍
Listen...
Not everything needs an immediate response.
Some things need space.
Take a breath. Check in.
Save this for when you need a pause. 🤍

Truth is…
Overthinking doesn’t just slow you down— it silences you.
It makes you:
• second guess
• over-explain
• hold back
And before you know it… you’ve talked yourself out of your own voice.
Today, say it anyway.

There’s strength in stillness. The pause isn’t empty—it’s where clarity lives.

I'm not a businessman. I'm a BUSINESS, man!
7 years ago, I started PLSH Lyfe Consulting with a simple belief:
People are the strategy.
What began as a vision to help organizations build stronger leaders and more effective teams has grown into something I’m deeply proud of.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to: ✨ Develop leaders
✨ Strengthen organizations
✨ Help teams move with clarity and intention
It hasn’t always been easy.
But it’s always been purposeful.
And 7 years later, I’m still doing the work that matters most to me.
Building people. Strengthening organizations. Creating impact.

Every Picture Tells a Story...
Yesterday I had the privilege of presenting at the Superintendents’ Commission for the Study of Demographics and Diversity Conference.
In a room full of parents and educators, we had one central conversation:
Are we creating spaces where children feel safe enough to use their voice?
Because voice is not disruption.
It’s leadership in development.
Grateful to share Palmer Builds a Voice and be part of a conversation that truly matters.

“Well… I handled that poorly.”
That might be one of the most powerful sentences a parent can say.
There is no perfect parent. But there are self-aware ones. And when we apologize, we teach our children something far greater than perfection — we teach accountability, humility, and repair.
Children don’t learn voice from flawless adults.
They learn it from adults who own their impact.
If we want confident, courageous kids who can speak up with respect… they have to see us model it first.
Accountability builds trust.
Trust builds voice.
And voice changes everything.

There’s no such thing as a perfect parent.
And there’s no such thing as a perfect leader.
There are only brave ones.
The ones who try.
The ones who risk.
The ones who fall… and get back up.
That’s what we want for our children.
Not perfection — courage.
Because confidence isn’t built by getting everything right.
It’s built by trying again.
Let’s raise brave voices. 💛
