**URGENT PROCESS CHANGE**

**IMPORTANT-DO NOT USE THE OPTION** ****

The UK Government recently imposed temporary social distancing rules, and instructed the population to stay at home unless they are essential workers, to protect against the spread of COVID-19. In order to protect the safety of our customers, the decision has been made to immediately stop delivering to neighbours during the crisis.

The process:
The required changes to the Amazon website and App cannot be executed for up to four weeks. This means that all the drivres will still see ‘Neighbour’ as a delivery option on their device. In effect, we are asking drivers to *ignore any instructions to deliver to neighbour*

**Starting from 29/03/2020**

All Drivers should return the package to the station if the customer is not at home to accept delivery and there are no safe place instructions, after a call/text has been made to the customer to obtain an alternative location, with no success.
