You don’t need to be a technical expert to give an informed opinion on AI; nor do you need to be an “AI Engineer” to propose an AI solution.

You just need to be able to research the details and think critically about how AI will fit into your organization. From there, you can present your findings to the technical team.

That’s what our marketing and communications staff do at Psycray Corp. We have a small group of interns who research AI tools and go through this very process of asking the “deep” questions about AI.

When AllianceCo USA wanted stronger data security and a safe email migration from a third-party exchange serve to Microsoft Outlook 365, we stepped in to save the day.

We converted proprietary mailbox formats to standard PST and smoothly transitioned MX records to Microsoft.

We also introduced robust security enhancements, such as mailboxing and hold compliance to safeguard critical data. We also put advanced malware and data leak scans to protect defenses against potential threats (kind of like a bulletproof castle, but for emails).

Lastly, we recovered lost data from a terminated employee’s workstation. The successful retrieval of this information was a testament to Psycray’s data resilience.

After the project, AllianceCo USA was able to enjoy a seamless email transition, enhanced security, and data recovery triumph.

One of our former clients, Morgan Olson, needed a way to market their versatility to customers’ diverse needs.

As a walk-in van company, they customize their van bodies to each customer’s specifications.

To help them market themselves, we updated their website to showcase their ability to meet many needs. In addition, we connected a literature fulfillment house directly to their website requests, and this streamlined their lead generation.

Finally, we posted literature requests to SalesForce as part of the sales cycle.

When building and deploying an AI agent, give it a 30-day trial period, the same way you would for a human employee.

Set clear goals and performance indicators for it, and monitor its output quality over time.

One of our more recent client projects was with Machines Italia, an Italian manufacturing and machinery company.

They needed an updated website for an upcoming SEM campaign to put their best foot forward for prospects.

So, we teamed up with DDB Canada to help them. DDB Canada focused on the design changes and UX updates, while we focused on homepage restructuring, language translation, and content tagging.

In particular, we added new elements and streamlined existing elements onto the homepage.

Then, we translated the website into French, Spanish, Italian, and English to improve the company's global reach. We also implemented content tagging enhanced by Google NLP to spot key phrases, which helped users find relevant information on the site, and auto-tagging, which matched terms from the tags library to on-page text.

Thirdly we removed the old machinesitalia.org/newsletter website, optimizing the view on the parent site.

Lastly, we implemented an enhanced video page. This allowed for searching, tagging, and cohesive styling of all elements.

For example, one operational problem we faced was spending hours per week planning and creating social media posts.

To help speed up the process, we implemented Followr.ai, a social media scheduling platform, to swiftly create posts across social platforms.

Supply Hive was one of our first clients.

They needed a tailored procurement feedback platform in which suppliers could retrieve insights from their buyers (customers).

In response, we collaborated with SupplyHive to make a custom procurement feedback platform, survey creation and feedback collection capabilities, feedback analysis and sentiment analysis, and a vendor search and review system.

As a result, corporations can now develop surveys and receive valuable feedback from customers. In addition, the platform's sentiment analysis, review analysis, and search functions make it all the more powerful for gleaning useful insights.

Adaptability is one of our greatest values here at Psycray.

Knowing when to pivot has made a huge difference for our business.

For example, when we were crafting outreach messaging, we decided to shift our core message to prospects from a general AI focused email to a letter focused on AI's use cases in security.

With the news of Kimi K3's unveiling as a potential threat to OpenAI platforms, we figured now would be a great time to share our security expertise with our leads.

As Dean Elkholy eloquently put it, the ability to say "enough" and know when to shift gears makes all the difference.

And, as a commenter on the post wrote, it's not about giving up - it's about persisting in a more effective way.

This is a helpful lesson not only for business, but also for life.
