While it’s been cold and dreary in Chicago, Pics Elated Books has been busy chronicling the events of 2016, and the World Series Champions.

Not only was this book a joy to make because the photos were gorgeous, but it was a personal labor of love because I’m friends with the couple! I’m so happy to help them remember their special day!

Last January I had the wonderful experience of presenting my 102-years young grandfather with a family history photo book I created. This week I gave the newest (and final) edition to my mom. It includes a few small updates, such as photos of the smallest and newest member of the family, Mary Beth Schlotter, born June 2016. The opportunity to create a book of living family members whose birthdates span from 1913 to 2016 – almost 103 years — has been absolutely amazing.

Had the pleasure of making a wedding book for my friends Scott and Scott. They had an amazing wedding and the photos were beautiful. So glad I was able to share their day and create a book that will help them remember it forever.
