It is a rainy, could day here, so making a daffodil pattern brings me lots of joy. That and I’m a week away from my first ceramics class! Ahhh I can’t wait!

I’m not usually one for specific holiday motifs, but I couldn’t resist giving fancy ghosts a shot. I was sort of thinking about old wallpaper, cameo necklaces, and seemingly harmless ghosts hiding in the walls. 👻

Finding my way back to an art practice almost three months after baby girl was born. Trying not to put too much pressure on myself and remember to play. I signed up for a hand building clay class later this month, and I’m so excited about it!

Getting back into my sketchbook after many many days away… pumpkins felt appropriate. Have you put out your pumpkins yet?

Having a little fun with Oyster Season 🦪🍋 - the new collection with -

This collection was inspired by memories of eating oysters with family on the coast of North Carolina. I think that’s why I keep seeing table linens when I look at these prints, but the cool thing is that really they’re very versatile. Bags, quilts, apparel (especially the large scale shell print - each one is about the size of my hand), and more! What would you make with these prints??
