🥗 Food is no longer just about taste - it’s about health, performance, and prevention.
Across the United States, consumers are increasingly choosing foods that do more than simply nourish. Functional foods, products enriched with protein, probiotics, vitamins, adaptogens, and other beneficial ingredients, are becoming a major force in the food industry.
📈 What’s driving this trend?
✔️ Greater health awareness
✔️ Interest in preventive nutrition
✔️ The influence of fitness and wellness culture
✔️ Demand for products that support energy, focus, and overall well-being
From protein-enriched coffee and probiotic beverages to fortified snacks and wellness-focused restaurant menus, Americans are asking a new question:
👉 “What can this food do for me?”
As nutrition science and food innovation continue to evolve, functional foods are shaping the future of the U.S. market and creating new opportunities for food brands looking to meet changing consumer expectations.

🎭 The smallest theater in the world is in Italy.
Hidden in the tiny village of Monte Castello di Vibio, the 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐚 looks like a perfect miniature masterpiece.
With only 99 seats, this jewel of Italian culture was built in 1808 and proves that beauty doesn’t need grand dimensions to leave a lasting impression.
A tiny theater. A huge sense of wonder. 🇮🇹✨

One of Italy’s biggest limits isn’t talent.
It’s how we react when someone succeeds.

Route 66 turns 100 🇺🇸
A road that transformed small local businesses — diners, motels, gas stations — into cultural icons recognized all over the world.
And it’s interesting to see how the identity of a territory can create global connections.
After all, the same happens in Italy:
behind every product there are stories, traditions, and territories that make Made in Italy recognizable everywhere.

The quiet luxury of Italian supermarkets.
Not luxury in the traditional sense.
But the luxury of:
▪️tomatoes that actually taste like tomatoes
▪️fresh focaccia at the entrance
▪️regional products everywhere
▪️espresso as an everyday ritual
▪️good food treated as something normal
In many countries, quality is marketed as premium.
In Italy, it’s often built into ordinary life.
Maybe that’s why so many foreigners become obsessed with Italian grocery stores.
They’re not just supermarkets.
They’re cultural experiences.

You won’t believe this place is still part of Italy.
Somewhere in central Italy, there is a town that is slowly disappearing.
It’s called 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐝𝐢 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨 - and the only way to reach it is by crossing a long pedestrian bridge over a collapsing valley.
No cars. No proper roads. Just stone, silence, and time.
People call it “the dying city” because it sits on soft volcanic rock that keeps eroding underneath it.
And yet… it’s still alive.
In fact, only around 11–16 people still live there permanently.
Imagine waking up every day in a village that literally gets smaller over time.
FUN FACT:
Civita di Bagnoregio was founded by the Etruscans over 2,500 years ago.
Would you live in a place like this… or just visit it?
