I love bringing new life to older cabinets! Baby Fawn for the win here! This color, like so many others, shifts throughout the day depending on lighting. Its soft and subtle with nice warm undertones of taupe.

I love a good color change! A little pop of tricorn black to help me get through to the day we can change that powder blue vinyl siding! Lmao one day...one day! Till then..changing from white to black on all the exterior doors helped make it feel more like ME 😍 i love painting things!!! Look how the sun made a halo 😇 around the roof peak once I moved outta the sunshine(my finger wasnt working to block the sun lol)! No filters. Pretty neat!

Now this was a special job!!! Not only was this client my VERY FIRST client when I moved to Alaska...BUT they were also now my very first client with a promising new product line!
I have dedicated the past 5 years to learning all I can about cabinet refinishing...lots of learning and product testing. I absolutely loved the system I was using before this new line...but was having compatibility issues and inability to get things tinted to special colors. So I ran some tests with a few of the top rated coating systems and found one that fits all my needs. This wood coating system was so easy to work with and dries super hard! Thank you for trusting the process and allowing me to bring some of those calming Florida blue ocean vibes to your home here in Alaska! The color was hard to capture because it shifts a lot with lighting. I helped paint her walls in the kitchen and hallway area, repaired some drywall holes(and painted) in the utilityroom where a new cabinet was hung, we painted her entryway bead board, drilled new holes for new cabinet pulls, and then she also had all her lights swapped for new copper fixtures that really helped pull eveeything together!! Quite the transformation from the monotone cabinet/flooring combo they initially had! So fresh and zen feeling 😌 ☺️ 🏖🏝
