First and foremost, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you all so much for all the love and support we've received from you. Everything we have experienced over the last few months is nothing short of surreal, and we're still trying to wrap our heads around it. We are beyond grateful, THANK YOU!

This edition of Sard Times will be short and sweet compared to last month. Presently, we have one more gig on the horizon on April 25th at ‘Greenstock,’ which will be taking place at EAT in Hammond, Indiana. Sard’s performance time is 5:45 - 7:00pm. This is a grassroots event run by Marc Adrian and Ray Pollalis of The Milkbillies which consists of only local, original acts. The lineup is stacked, and we're grateful to be good friends with every act that will be performing! On behalf of everybody involved and the whole NWI scene, thanks for putting this together, Marc and Ray!

Your continued support ensures that the Northwest Indiana music community continues to grow! Tickets can be purchased the day of the event for $25 cash per ticket at the door. See you at EAT!

Thank you for listening to 'Preserves: 2025' and sharing our music with your friends and families. We were very excited to celebrate its release back in February. If you haven't checked out the 2025 Preserves yet, you can visit sardtheband.com/preserves to listen for free. It is available online wherever music is streamed, and you can even add snippets of Sard music to your posts on social media now! If you are so inclined…

We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes planning the release of our next records. This will include Sard’s first studio LP and second live release. The live release will have both audio and video of the performance. It will be available everywhere within the coming months, so keep an eye out for more details!

We have more plans in the works, but that's all we're at liberty to speak of for the time being - and that might change unexpectedly at the drop of a hat! Before the last week of January, all that we had planned was to work on recording our debut full length LP, and the gig at Finnegan's last month. Within the span of two days, we were asked to play Hotel Blotto, Saving Revolution, and to participate in the BOTB at The Mousetrap, then Greenstock rolled in. We don't know how it worked out the way it did nor what the future holds, but we're strapped in for the ride. Won't you join us?

It's the Sunday before St Patrick's Day. You spent your weekend in Chicago around the green river, drinking green beer, wearing green clothes and a "Kiss me, I'm Irish" button...maybe you woke up this morning feeling a little bit green...

Congratulations to Funkbud Johnny on advancing to the final round of The Mousetrap's BOTB 🤘 A well-deserved win for those boys. And huge shout out to Junk Trio for blowing our minds with their brand of jammy fusion too. We're grateful to have made it out that way and humbled to have performed amongst such talented, kind folk. Much thanks to Adam, Dave, Shane, and all the staff for running such a tight ship - and to everyone who came out to party last night. Hope to make it back out that way soon ❤️
