A beautiful day at The Bean in Chicago.

This grape vine as a symbol of resistance, persistence, and life. This grape vine can be found on Robben Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is a symbol of both South Africa’s triumph over adversity and its fight for freedom. The grape vine is growing in the courtyard outside the cell where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned and where he buried copies of his memoir, A Long Walk to Freedom.

Tested Travel visited the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History. Amazing place, with a spectacular atrium ceiling and even better exhibits.👍

A hidden gem in New Orleans, Backstreet Cultural Museum shares the history of Mardi Gras Indians, social aid and pleasure clubs, and jazz funerals. Amazing to seem the beautiful, hand beaded(!!) costumes.

The Cathedral, Rodin Museum in Paris. Such a wonderful place to visit. Calm in the middle of a busy city.

Day 3 in Bruges: Wow! What a day! Started with an absolutely incredible visit to the belfry (where we were treated to a clarion concert) then onto see the Church of the Holy Blood (where we got to see the relic), then onto City hall, and then onto Markt Square to see the vendors. Finally a bit of Belgium chocolate to cap off the day. Yum!
