Magnesium for the WIN! Free samples below and 40% off. Huge fan of Natural Vitality. What does magnesium do for your body? LOTS.
Magnesium is responsible for over 300 chemical reactions in the body. It helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function. It keeps your heart beating steadily. And, it helps to build a healthy immune system. Magnesium is a crucial element that your body needs to function at even the most basic levels - making it crucially important to get enough of this essential mineral on a daily basis.
Getting more magnesium from your diet is easy. Here are a few quick and easy tips:1. Eat green. Green vegetables are a good source of magnesium because the nutrient that makes them green (chlorophyll) is packed with the mineral.2. Avoid refined foods. Refining and processing flour strips the grain of almost all its magnesium content. Reach for whole grain products instead.3. Skip bottled water. 4. Get your daily five. Meeting your daily fruit and veggie quota of 5 to 10 servings will guarantee you reach your magnesium RDA.

MAGIC 8 ENERGY BALLS. (Warning: addictive).
Eight magic ingredients for an amazing treat.

* 1/2 cup nut butter (almond butter, peanut butter, sunflower seed butter or any other nut or seed butter. Anything will work here)
* 1/3 cup honey
* 1/4 cup ground flax
* 2 T chia seeds, sesame seeds and/or h**p seeds (mix and match to your taste)
* 1 1/2 cup organic old fashioned rolled oats
* 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
* 1-2 teaspoon vanilla
* 1/2 cup other add-ins (any kind of whole or roughly chopped nuts or seeds, dried fruit, high quality chocolate chips/cacao nibs etc) My obvious choice here is chocolate chips/cacao nibs.
Directions:

In a large mixer add the nut butter, honey and vanilla.
Next, mix in oats, coconut flakes, flax, all seeds and any extra add-ins. Mix well. Once it’s all combined place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Then remove from the fridge, scoop out some dough and roll into small balls. For extra love, you can roll the balls into some more coconut flakes.

And try to eat just one. Or three. Or maybe Five. Just stick to odd numbers. Seems safer that way.
Also, feel free to alter any measurements in the recipe. I am a big fan of just guessing. These balls have not let me down yet! Well, except for that one time I used bunk peanut butter from Trader Joes. Those were gross. Get creative and add any of your favorite seeds! You can also add in cacao powder if you are a chocolate lover. have fun!
Notes:

Store in an air tight glass container in refrigerator. Should keep for 5+ days.

Stinky feet? Fill a foot basin with 5-8 cups of warm water and add ½ cup of apple cider vinegar to it. Submerge your feet, swish the mixture around, and soak for 15 minutes twice a day. Dry completely when you're finished-you can rinse them in cold water afterwards if you want.
