HexBumper

Application, removal, and storage of HexBumper is extremely seamless. Convenience is important, HexBumper doesn’t disappoint!

HexBumper allows for quick and seamless plate transition. Easily drop plates off without needing to lift the barbell, creating an interesting hybrid workout. A mix of deadlift and powerclean combined into one sweaty set of 9.

Storage tip:

No need to break your set down into segments in between uses. Especially if you don’t use the HexBumper Carrying Case, a quick coil will allow you to easily store your set in your drawstring bag. Keep the pin attached so it doesn’t fall out of your bag. Every set purchased comes with a drawstring!

2x body weight for 5 reps. No belt, chalk, etc. Just my HexBumper set, same one I’ve been using since July 2020. Got some work to do on controlling the weight, standard set by no doubt.

Powercleans help increase my speed off the floor. It’s not the same lift, but it translates well to deadlift. Raises the stakes when you have to get under the bar! HexBumper adds 4 total pounds so 229 total.

It’s just as easy to remove the weights. And just as quick to remove your HexBumper. Pull the pin, set on its side, and spin it. Easy enough to then carry in a drawstring or any gym bag.

Insert the corner of a hex plate into the center part of one of the middle links in your HexBumper. Wrap and connect. Seamless loading as you progress with additional plates on each side of the barbell.

My HexBumper set is all I bring to the gym. I couldn’t go back to life without it, I consider it essential when all you have is hex plates. No belt, straps, wraps, or even chalk (could have probably used some) with a double overhand grip. This raw style will make you stronger as proven by my man - the strongest dude I know!
