Chicago Chefs Wine Tasting
Join us Monday, April 20th at Affinity Group for a wine tasting with Libbey.
Lisa Fuhrmann, Level 4 Wine Diplomat will be speaking about five wine varietals and the use of proper glassware. We will taste through a Cava, Prosecco, Orange wine, Pinot Noir, & Cabernet Sauvignon. Affinity will be preparing food to pair with the wine. A fun note there will be a few give aways at the end of the tasting. We hope to see you there!

Join us for a presentation with Matt Schellig about culinary competition. Chef Schellig an approved ACF judge and experienced competitor. He will be discussing K and F category set up, organization and, how to best set yourself up for success in an ACF approved culinary competition. Even if you do not compete there will be a great amount of information shared about organization and planning that can be used in any kitchen. We will also be swearing in the new board members after the meeting.
