Our crews in NW Indiana were hard at work trenching a 4 inch conduit for a new 34KV line. No matter the weather, Grind-Well will be there to get the job done!
We recently hosted our annual holiday party for the entire Grind-Well family. It’s so nice to have everyone across the Mid-West teams to come together. We handed out a few awards to our dedicated Workers for Most Hours as a Traveler, Safety and Apprentice. Later in the evening, Hana and Rick shared more information about the Veteran led and why they care deeply for their mission.
The women of Grind-Well attended Annual Mujeres de HACIA Holiday Brunch event that was held at this year in Little Village. An amazing panel of inspiring women speakers and Jennette of DCH Trucking & Hauling.
The room was electric and Grind-Well was there to represent!

Recently, our very own Chief of Staff & Operations, Hana Sosa, led the 8th Warrior Stewardship Team (WST008) of the Two Wolf Foundation, a powerful all-women group of Veterans and first responders with a shared mission: to heal, to serve, and to connect.
Their journey took them across 1,600 miles of rugged terrain through Montana, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, forging deep bonds while making a meaningful impact. Alongside five remarkable women, Hana embodied the strength of leadership and the resilience of service.
The team’s destination: Detroit Lake, Oregon, a town still rising from the ashes of the 2020 wildfires. With nearly every home lost, the community continues to rebuild with heart and determination. Grind-Well was proud to support Hana and her team in their mission to bring hope and restoration.
Their project: revitalizing public parks in preparation for Detroit Lake’s beloved Fourth of July celebration. From clearing debris to restoring gathering spaces, these women gave residents a powerful reason to smile, celebrate, and reclaim their town’s spirit.
At its core, Two Wolf Foundation is about connection, purpose, and healing. For those who have worn the uniform, many of whom still carry the invisible scars of service, missions like these offer a rare space to feel seen, heard, and supported.
To our WST008 sisters — warriors, leaders, and stewards of both land and soul — we are deeply inspired by your courage and heart.
We serve. We heal. We rise, together.

Electrical incidents can be serious, including injury, property damage, and downtime. That’s why we educate, raise awareness, and implement best practices in everything we do. From maintenance to installations, we are 100% committed to electrical safety.
This month we encourage everyone to stay informed on electrical safety, do regular inspections, and report hazards as soon as you see them. By working together and being vigilant we can prevent accidents and create a safer environment for everyone.
