Today is International Coastal Cleanup Day- Join ELN at the Ohio Street Beach at Navy Pier from 9am to noon to participate in the world's largest shoreline cleanup! We'll head over to Navy Pier after the event for lunch. Bring your family and friends!

The Community Service Crew will provide bags for collecting trash/recyclable material and vinyl gloves. Feel free to bring your own work gloves, water bottle, hat/sunscreen, and clipboard.

September 2012 Adopt-a-Beach: Alliance for the Great Lakes What: Beach and shoreline cleanups involving thousands of volunteers to remove trash and collect data on their findings. The annual September Adopt-a-Beach™ Event is part of the International Coastal Cleanup.

ELN is hosting the 2012 Region 5 Organizations Fair TODAY! Join us from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the Lake Michigan Room on the 12th Floor of the Metcalfe Building.

Come learn about the opportunities that exist in Region 5 for all employees. There is a group for everyone!

This is your opportunity to have your voice heard and guide the direction of ELN's goals!

As you know, we accomplished a lot in 2011 and we hope that by your participation we can do even more this year!

ELN is formed by employees, for employees. All of our activities are member ideas that are planned by members. Crew Leaders and Core Crew are eager to help you with any details of the event!

The ELN-CFC bake-off netted $370 for charities! Congratulations to all the bakers, and the volunteers. And a special thanks to the Organizer, ELN's own Community Service Crew Co-Chair Krista Galvin!

The ELN/CFC Bake-off is tomorrow! (today depending on when you read this!) 11:30-1:30 in the Lake Superior Room, Tuesday November 1st. $5 to judge the entries. This means eating sweet and savory, delicious baked goods while giving to charity at the same time. Can you truly think of something better?

The EPA Organizations Fair is tomorrow, Wednesday, September 7 from 11:30-1pm in the Lake Michigan Room. If you've ever wondered just how many employee organizations there are in the region, then this event is for you! It's a great opportunity to put OneEPA into action, and maybe even join a group!
