Still dealing with Hypercare defects, some kind of boring think but this is what happens after go-live....:)
A typical day from my life:
-It starts with the defect meeting to go thru all defects for go-live and hyercare
-As myself and the team continue to chase people to resolve the defects
-Another defect meeting in the afternoon
-Run some jobs in the middle of the night, that can't be done in the day time....
So the day goes.....
Working on Kraft Food's Catalyst project. We just went live as of 12/26. Still having long hours but so far so good, a succesfull go-live :))
