Trying out something with this marble.

Just a pile of rocks…..

These marble slabs came off of some building in Naperville. They’ve spent their last few years lying around waiting for a new life. I can’t wait to carve into these treasures.

Baby, come back to bed…..

It feels great to finally get this piece off the ground. Thanks to my dear friend, Rocco, for the assist. “The Rydr” should stand proud for years to come.

“PLZR MSK”. - Limestone.

This sculpture is meant to bring an intimate moment between lovers to life using a broken piece of limestone as the medium.

“Baby, Come Back to Bed.”- Limestone.

This sculpture was made on a whim, just following the curves and shape of the stone. I had a different name for her, however it was quite basic. When she stood in the lobby of the Sophy Hotel, the team renamed her and I kept it. When I found this piece of limestone, it was probably a broken part of a ledge or window sill. Now, just look at how far she’s come!

This is my latest sculpture. I was inspired by watching friends play classical guitar and the rest of the band just kind of showed up.

This was a salvaged piece of limestone slab found in an alley on the south side of Chicago.
