This incredible addition and gut rehab of a turn of the century 2-flat on the north side of Chicago is finally ready to share with the world! We could not be more excited and proud of how it turned out.

Our recently received the Platinum Best in American Living Award (BALA) for "One-of-a-kind Custom Home 6,001 - 8,000 SF". The custom-designed open staircase provides a dramatic focal point from the entry foyer, while the tall two-story windows allow natural light to flow deep into the home.

A bright pop of pink brings color to the crisp white dining room at our beautiful Modern Craftsman home (and a pefect photo to share on this Valentine's Day). This custom-designed house features thoughtful interior details throughout, including over seven miles of trim. Here, a view from the foyer through bi-parting glass doors looks into the generious dining room beyond. The framed view showcases the home’s intentional architectural plan aligments as well as the precise interior trim detailing.

It was truly a privilege to help create these spaces for this exceptional family. The use of color and natural materials in the bathroom contribute to that tranquil feel. While in the bedroom, layering of fabric and texture with subtle tones makes relaxing feel like the only option.
