Healing Roots is a therapeutic practice for those seeking healing from physical or emotional pain - including illness, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, stress and burn-out.
I had a wonderful time with a group of real estate agents & brokers facilitating their monthly meeting. It was deeply meaningful to explore together techniques to make mindfulness and meditation more accessible. Key takeaway: It’s all about the micro-moments! These simple small habits practiced consistently can lead to BIG shifts.
I vulnerably shared my personal story of lessons learned managing my self-care in motherhood. I also gave key examples of supporting medical professionals during the pandemic. I offered science-backed strategies, and we practiced some of them together. The room collectively & tangibly shifted from “stressed” to “calm.”
I’d love to offer more wellbeing workshops to work teams. If you’re looking for something like this, I got you. Just reach out!

My sweet lil doggie, Buddy, joins us for sessions when I have a dog-lover present. It’s like a bonus free canine therapy! He’s such a lover.
And he knows just what to do - greets my guests with lots of excited tail wags and doggie kisses, and then curls up calmly under the table to nap as soon as reiki begins.
If you’re in need of an oxytocin boost, if your cup feels poured out, this is for you.

Working on growing something new & beautiful at the Heartwood Center today. Planted more native plants than I could count. The stacks of empty pots was taller than me!
