Never in my 45 years of theatre have I had such an experience of directing a production that features characters who are my parents, my sister and myself. Actress Charlie Gillette appears as my mother Mary Gossett and my sister Sharon Temby in Forgotten Soldiers From Our Forgotten War. Actor Stephen Kime appears as my father and myself. Actors Danny Beaton and Charles Kennedy appear as Eddie Hines and Jimmy Cumiskey, my father's boyhood friends who served in the Korean War.
