Again, the brothers of Nu Pi pause in reverence and gratitude as we celebrate the life and legacy of Jesse Jackson Sr. a giant not only within Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. but within the global fight for justice, equity and Black empowerment. Rev. Jackson’s life was a living testament to the power of service, sacrifice, and advocacy for our people. From marching on the front lines of the Civil Rights Movement to building institutions that gave voice to the voiceless, he embodied the very principles we hold sacred: Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance and Uplift. We are especially honored and humbled that the brothers of Nu Pi had the opportunity to give this great Omega man his flowers while he was still with us. Rest well, Brother Jackson. Your labor was not in vain. Your impact is eternal. And your light will continue to guide generations of Ques to come.

This past Saturday we had the honor of celebrating Nu Pi’s very own .thomas1 He received the Fratter of the Year Award at 2026 Sankofa Scholarship & Award Luncheon hosted by NPHC. Continue to lift as you climb brother!

It’s a blessing to have 50+ year members still active serving and pouring into to the younger Bruhz. These brothers led the charge on our mental health webinar and cleaning of the highway. thank you for the bridges you all have and continuously build.

Day 3 of Achievement Week and we spent it playing bingo with the seniors. While they were happy to have us, it was uplifting to be able to spend time with them and share their joy. .
