The Hobnob String Band is an acoustic musical group steeped in the traditions of American music from old time to bluegrass to blues while traveling down the unpaved, uncharted road of the ever evolving world of music in the 21st century. The band Features the award winning flat pick styles of Samuel Payne (www.samuelpayne.net,) on a foundation of solid groove from Cody Jensen and Charlie Harris, all topped with sweet melody and harmony.

Hey friends! I know we don’t say “hi” here often, but, we’re excited to share some news with ya! 🗞
1) Carrie Sue is performing with us! If ya haven’t heard Carrie sing, believe us, this is goood news! If ya have heard her, well, then ya know!
2) As pictured, we’re playing Fridays at The Red Herring Vegetarian Restaurant, noon-1pm.
3) We’ll be at The Rose Bowl Tavern this Tuesday, October 11th, 7:30-9pm
