Pastèque et Feta (watermelon & feta) salad - so light and refreshing
Halibut - this was cooked to perfection, I ate every last bite
Mussels - the broth was phenomenal

Desserts:
Profiteroles (you can’t go wrong)
Paris-Brest - my first time trying this, it was light and so good
Tarte au Chocolat/Caramel
