International Women's Day, marked on March 8, serves as an opportunity to celebrate women in technology. 3d Signals is creating an inclusive culture where individuals are free to share their ideas and collaborate on tackling problems that will further advance the technological revolution to Industry 4.0. We recognize that women bring unique skill sets, strategic thinking and a wealth of experience that can help drive innovation - making them an essential part of the talent pool. The gender imbalance in technology doesn’t just represent a missed opportunity for women and society, but also for businesses. We are proud that 50% of our senior management are women and 47% of our employees in Israel are women. These numbers are above the national average of 33% women in tech and 18% in executive leadership roles.
